I would like to convert the following flash site to an html site - http://texasstatealarm.com . The client would like it to look exactly the same (or better, but with the same general look). He understands the page transitions will not be possible, but he would like the menu buttons to highlight when moused-over, and you can also leave the equipment rollovers as flash movies and embed them into the site. (or come up with a different way to present the equipment information and pictures using html, which might be better since he is switching the site over for SEO purposes).
